We have a great opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic person to join our Member Services Team in Club Support offices based in Hatfield.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to balance exceptional customer service and communication skills in a face-paced environment

Working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business. We do this by proactively calling members,

Key Skills and Experience Required


  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload.
  • Target driven
  • Team player
  • Excellent organisation skills


  • Experience of outbound calling – high volume
  • Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry.
