IGN1TE has 3 different class formats that you can choose to deliver.

IGN1TE STRIKEcombines the thrill of martial arts with the intensity of cardio for a workout that packs a punch. With a focus on speed, strength, and striking movements, each class is a high-energy journey through martial arts-inspired routines driven by bespoke, adrenaline-boosting music. IGN1TE STRIKE is your ticket to kicking stress away and achieving an exhilarating endorphin high.

IGN1TE ENERGY is a fusion of cardio & strength. This high-energy choreographed class blends athletic movements and skill-based challenges, featuring our exclusive AMRAP track for a dynamic workout experience. Set to custom, high-octane music, IGN1TE ENERGY fires up your fitness routine with a powerful endorphin boost, pushing you to new heights of speed, strength, and skill.

IGN1TE REBELS  - This is our Family 8+ class where the adult and child can attend. Once you have certified in IGN1TE you can then start your journey to become an IGN1TE REBELS instructors delivering 35 minutes of fun to our younger members using adapted choreography and motivating music to drive everyone to the finish line.

Our expectations are that classes must be safe, well attended and professionally taught and that our members always leave your class having had an amazing experience.

So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

• Essential - A minimum of a current L2 CIMSPA/EMD UK recognised teaching qualification.
• Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification.
• Experienced in delivering high energy classes to music.
• Ability to follow choreography whilst implementing your own style of teaching, to create a unique experience.
• Good level of fitness to be able to physically meet the demands of the work out.
•  Have effective communication skills, delivering technical cues clearly with the ability to build rapport motivate!
• Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and ability, recognising Every-BODY is different and unique.
•  Good time keeping, Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional.
