Not only do we celebrate achieving service anniversaries and those ad hoc thank you moments, but we also have a Team Member of the Month scheme where each club selects their very own star who consistently delivers a great member experience . And, at the end of the year each Club chooses the Team Member who has made the biggest impact that year, who is then invited to attend an all-expenses-paid trip overseas with their fellow winners.
