Intermediate Apprenticeship

I was recruited into David Lloyd Clubs as a Production Chef Apprentice. I had heard lots of great things about David Lloyd Clubs and was keen to be part of the team and develop within my new role. I wanted to improve myself [and] the apprenticeship allowed me to showcase my knowledge in a practical way. I enjoyed this method of learning.

Advanced Apprenticeship

I was recruited as the Apprenticeship Administrator alongside completing my Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship. I have really enjoyed completing this programme, as I feel this has benefited me in my role and also my professional development. My team have been supportive with my learning, and I have been able to put what I have learnt into practice within the business. I was attracted to complete an apprenticeship within David Lloyd Clubs, as I wanted to gain experience whilst also studying for a recognised qualification. Since starting my apprenticeship, my confidence has grown and I look to further my development with David Lloyd Clubs.

Degree Apprenticeship

Whilst I’ve been a GM for a number of years now, I have decided to enrol on the Senior Leadership Masters Apprenticeship Degree programme to support my development. The programme has given me a fresh perspective on how I can lead and inspire my team and be more innovative. It’s been great to spend time and share ideas with other Leaders from different industries too.

Activities Manager

I am so thankful and proud to be apart of David Lloyd clubs. Developing from a clubroom assistant to Activities manager has allowed me to grow as an individual and explore my potential. I wouldn’t be here without the great support this company offers and the people who have helped me along the way who I am grateful to work alongside.
