Step Up to HOD is aimed at those looking to progress to a Head of Department role. Supported by key operational managers, this programme provides candidates with the skills and practical experience to help set them up for success. From coaching and leadership to commerciality, you can even gain an advanced apprenticeship as part of your development.
Step Up to GM is our development programme for General Managers of the future. The programme is made up of workshops, workplace learning and coach and mentor support. With 80% of candidates progressing to a General Managers role, it’s a proven success. During the programme, Managers gain enhanced leadership, self-awareness and development skills along with learning how to utilise their commercial acumen, understand resilience and support change management within our evolving business.
