Our group exercise classes are about more than just physical fitness. By working out as a team, our classes also foster mental wellbeing and a sense of belonging. Which is what David Lloyd Clubs are all about.
Our varied timetable of group exercise classes includes the classics: Body Pump, Aqua Aerobics, Yoga and Dance Fitness. However, we also offer several Signature Fitness Classes, which have been designed exclusively for David Lloyd Clubs.
Our Signature Fitness Classes come with bespoke CIMSPA accredited training and continued coaching education modules, which will keep your teaching skills at the cutting-edge of health, fitness and wellness. And they’re continually being developed including experience events to grow our Group Exercise Community. If you want to grow as an instructor, you also have the opportunity to apply to be a Group Exercise Supervisor, BLAZE Supervisor and or one of our Signature Class Master Trainers.
