We host over 10,000 exercise classes every week and as a Group Exercise Coordinator you will be responsible for the Group Exercise Programme and Instructors in the club. It will be your responsibility to make sure every class delivers a positive experience for the members.
What qualifications, skills and experience do I need?
A key part of your role will be to manage any member feedback with a view to improving the offering and exceeding expectations daily.
You will need to be comfortable talking to members in person about their feedback- which will include conversations with member groups. We expect high attendance across all classes, so that we continue to grow participation in each Club. You'll need to work with the reception, sales and operational teams, to promote David Lloyd APP bookings/ cancellations, and also make sure bookings/ cancellations are managed effectively at Reception.
You'll be a diligent, committed individual, with great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. Your enthusiasm for fitness and exercise will be contagious and your expertise will compel our members to become regular group exercise participants.
